Entual is an AI external relations intelligence platform. It helps public affairs, corporate affairs, government relations, strategic communications, agencies, and advisory teams detect reputation, policy, and stakeholder risk earlier, surface exposure across markets, and turn intelligence into strategic output before issues escalate.
Entual is built for teams managing complex stakeholder environments: public affairs, corporate affairs, government relations, strategic communications, reputation, market entry, agencies, consultancies, and leadership teams in regulated sectors.
Entual monitors external signals across policy, regulation, politics, media, markets, stakeholders, reputation, risk feeds, newsletters, and AI-generated visibility. Sources can be configured by market, sector, language, institution, issue, and strategic priority.
Media monitoring shows mentions. Entual surfaces risk. It connects media, policy, stakeholder, market, reputation, and AI-search signals to your organisation's strategic context, then helps your team decide what to brief, say, and do before exposure escalates.
Entual automatically generates a comprehensive stakeholder map for each client, identifying 50 to 65 entities across competitors, regulators, partners, investors, media, political actors, and more. These maps are used to drive intelligence gathering: every signal is scored against your stakeholder graph, so you see what matters to the people and organisations that matter to you.
The Content Studio turns your intelligence into ready-to-use output: briefing notes, position papers, stakeholder communications, social media content, regulatory responses, and strategic memos. All content is grounded in your latest signals and tailored to your voice profile and audience.
Entual distinguishes between national markets (Netherlands, Germany) and institutional scopes (EU, UN, NATO). Intelligence queries are tailored to each: EU-scoped monitoring targets directives, consultations, and named institutions, while national monitoring focuses on domestic regulation and local media. Signals are automatically translated and scored regardless of source language.
The platform runs hourly signal scans across all active client profiles, with daily reputation assessments and periodic stakeholder map regeneration. On-demand scans can be triggered at any time for deeper, real-time analysis. Entual is designed around the principle that near real-time intelligence is the baseline, not a premium feature.
Entual is industry-agnostic but particularly effective in regulated and stakeholder-intensive sectors. Current use cases span renewable energy, digital assets and fintech, healthcare and e-health, payments and financial services, telecommunications, and market entry strategy across the EU and beyond.
Yes. Entual supports multi-tenant agency environments where one team manages intelligence across multiple client portfolios. Each client profile has its own stakeholder map, signal feed, reputation tracking, and content context. Agency users can switch between clients and assign team members to specific portfolios with tailored focus areas and market coverage.
Entual routes tasks across eight AI providers with automatic fallback chains for reliability. Research synthesis, content generation, risk analysis, and scoring each use purpose-selected models. This multi-provider approach means no single point of failure and the ability to use the best model for each task.

Bespoke is a custom annual engagement for organisations operating in regulated, multi-market, or politically dense environments. It includes everything in Team, plus unlimited markets and stakeholders, unlimited seats, direct access to our in-market analysts, unlimited special-circumstance reports (crisis briefs, M&A intelligence, regulatory deep-dives, stakeholder soundings), quarterly stakeholder map reviews with operators, custom integrations and intelligence configuration, white-glove onboarding, a named operator, quarterly business reviews, and custom DPA, security questionnaire support, and data residency options beyond the EU default.
Bespoke pricing is custom, set per engagement, and only on annual contracts. The scope is shaped around the markets you operate in, the depth of analyst access you need, and the integrations and custom intelligence configuration involved. Reach out at bespoke@entual.io with a short note about your environment and we will come back with a scoped proposal.
From first conversation to operational platform with the agreed customisations typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on integrations and the depth of intelligence configuration. We are happy to start with a scoped pilot before signing the full annual contract.
